Aimee Mann for President! (And Psychologist-in-Chief)
Aimee Mann is "between albums" right now, as it were. Her last new CD, %#@* Smilers, came out just a little over a year ago, and if you want new material, you're going to have to wait ‘til Tuesday 2010 (exact month and week to be determined). But that doesn't mean she's spent this year slacking. As her fall 2009 tour wrapped up at L.A.'s Wiltern, we caught up with Mann to find out how she spent her summer staycation.
